Is this SaaS?
No. You get your own server, your own database, your own installation. We manage it for you, but you own everything. Cancel anytime and keep your server running.
Who owns the server?
You do. You create your own Laravel Forge account with your payment details. The server is in your name. We're added as team members to manage it—you can remove us anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
Your server keeps running. Your data stays. Your installation is untouched. We simply stop managing updates and monitoring. You can continue with any other developer.
Do I pay you for hosting?
No. You pay Laravel directly for Forge and your server. You pay us separately for management, updates, monitoring, and support. Two payments, complete transparency.
What is staging-first updates?
Updates go to a test environment first. You try the new version, confirm everything works for your business, then tell us to push it live. Zero surprises in production.
Can I bring my own server provider?
Yes. While we recommend Laravel VPS for simplicity, Forge supports AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, and more. Contact us to discuss custom infrastructure.
What if an update breaks something?
For staging-first plans, you test before production. For direct updates, we maintain rollback capability to the previous version within 24 hours if needed.
Do I still need a Reward Loyalty license?
Yes. You need a valid Reward Loyalty license (Regular or Extended). Managed Hosting is the service layer on top—we handle the technical complexity so you can focus on your business.
