Seller and Purchase Channels
Reward Loyalty is developed and maintained by NowSquare, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 17148641, VAT NL001693031B39). Official licenses are sold through our checkout or a direct written agreement with us. Your checkout store may add its own buyer terms, payment terms, tax handling, dispute process, and refund process.
If these terms conflict with mandatory checkout-store rules for the payment transaction, the checkout-store rules control that transaction. These terms continue to govern your use of the Reward Loyalty software, updates, support, and license access.
License Scope
Reward Loyalty is licensed, not sold. A license gives you the software package, the full source code, and 12 months of updates and support. One license, $349 one-time. No tiers, and no per-business or per-member limits.
- What you may run. One installation may run loyalty for your own business and for unlimited separate businesses (partners) on it, each kept separate, under your own white-label brand. No tiers, and no per-business, per-member, or per-location limits.
- One license covers one production installation, plus a staging or test copy. Each separate installation needs its own license.
- You may modify the code for your licensed installation, but you may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the source code as a competing product, template, package, or service.
Updates
Your license includes 12 months of updates and support from the date of purchase. During that window you receive new releases, fixes, and direct support. After 12 months, your installation keeps running on the last version you received.
- Updates and support are included for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- You must maintain a valid, non-refunded license to receive update access.
- Renewal is optional, $99 a year. It extends updates and support, and your install runs without it.
Your installation does not stop when a renewal lapses. You keep the last version delivered to you and may keep running it, with no further payment required.
Support
Twelve months of technical support come with your license unless a checkout page or written agreement states otherwise. For support, email [email protected] with your license key. Support covers:

Refunds
Reward Loyalty is a digital software product that delivers complete, unencrypted source code. You are expected to review the live demo and documentation before buying: rewardloyalty.co/demo and rewardloyalty.co/docs.
Checkout purchases: This product delivers complete, unencrypted source code as an instant download. EU and Dutch consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a distance purchase. Because the product is digital content with immediate access, you consent to delivery beginning at once, and you acknowledge that this right of withdrawal ends as soon as you download the software. Before any download has begun you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Once you have consented and downloaded, the sale is final. Business purchases are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal. If something does not work as described, contact support and we will fix it. The checkout store may apply its own refund rules to the payment.
Direct or custom purchases: Refund, cancellation, and delivery terms are controlled by the written quote, invoice, or agreement for that purchase.
Customer Responsibilities
Reward Loyalty is self-hosted software. You are responsible for your hosting environment, installation, backups, security configuration, email provider, data protection compliance, local business rules, and any loyalty program you run with the software unless you have a separate written managed-service agreement with us.
Warranty and Liability
Reward Loyalty is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business scenario. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license that gave rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be announced through our changelog.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and nothing here removes them. Disputes go to the competent Dutch courts, except where consumer law lets you bring a claim in your own country.
