Questions

Before you pick.

Will this work for my type of business?

If your customers come back, yes. The four tools cover most trades: points, stamp cards, vouchers, and prepaid passes. Turn on the ones that fit your counter and leave the rest off.

Do I need a POS or a website to start?

No. You print a QR code and your staff scan a phone. It runs next to whatever till or site you have, with no integration required.

What do staff scan with?

Any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. The phone camera reads customer codes, and a fixed counter can use a USB or Bluetooth scanner. There is no hardware to buy.

What happens when the internet drops?

Customers can still show their cards: the wallet saves QR codes on the phone, so a code opens with no signal. Staff need a connection to add points or stamps, and the staff app reconnects on its own when the signal returns.

Can I run more than one business on it?

Yes. One install holds as many businesses as you want, each with its own data. A customer signs up once and earns at all of them.

Which tool suits a café versus a gym?

A café runs on stamp cards: buy nine, get the tenth. A gym runs on prepaid passes: ten classes paid up front. Most businesses use two tools side by side.
