Partner services

Make ownership practical for clients.

The customers a business earns should stay its own. Partners make that practical for owners who want help installing, hosting, customizing, or operating Reward Loyalty.

Installation & setup

Provision the server, install the software, configure the essentials, and prepare the first launch.

Hosting & maintenance

Run the installation, updates, backups, mail, monitoring, and routine server care.

Custom development

Build features, themes, and modifications on top of the licensed source code.

Integrations

Connect POS, Shopify, WooCommerce, APIs, and webhooks to the client workflow.

Migration

Move a business from another loyalty tool, a stamp app, or a paper system with a clear cutover plan.

Training & support

Train staff, write operating guidance, and provide ongoing product support.

Listing standard

A useful directory starts with credible businesses.

Every listing should give a buyer enough information to judge the service and contact the provider with confidence.

What we list

  • Business name and website
  • Services offered
  • Country or region and working languages
  • A short description written for buyers

What your business needs

  • A registered web, development, marketing, integration, or hosting business that already serves clients.
  • Client services must be part of the business. A product that merely uses Reward Loyalty does not qualify.
  • An active business website that clearly identifies the business and the client services it provides.
  • A dedicated Reward Loyalty or partner-services page that describes the Reward Loyalty services you provide and includes a link to rewardloyalty.co.
  • Accurate product claims and current listing details.

Publish your page

Make it part of your business website.

The page should help a buyer understand your service before it supports your application. The page design, structure, and wording are yours.

  1. 1

    Keep the page indexable

Use a public HTML page on your main business domain. Do not block it from search or point its canonical URL elsewhere.

  2. 2

    Make the page reachable

Link to it from your site navigation, services page, partner page, or footer. Do not leave it as an orphan URL.

  3. 3

    Use your own words

Name who you help, the services you provide, your region and languages, and how a buyer can contact you.

Optional starting point

Rewrite it, replace it, or ignore it. Your page should sound like your business and describe your actual service.

Reward Loyalty is self-hosted loyalty software for businesses that want to own their customer relationship, data, and code. We help [type of client] in [region] with [services you provide]. Contact [business name] for [specific outcome or support scope].

Partner badge

This badge is optional after your listing is accepted. Use it only if it suits your design. The text link remains the requirement.

Questions

What buyers and providers ask first.

How do I choose a partner?

Compare the services, region, working languages, and business website in each listing. Ask the provider for a written scope, price, and delivery terms before work begins.

What does a partner cost?

Partners set their own prices, contracts, and delivery terms. Reward Loyalty does not collect a fee from the buyer or take part in the service agreement.

Can I still self-host without a partner?

Yes. The documentation covers installation, configuration, operation, updates, and development. A partner is an optional service route.

Who can apply for a listing?

A registered web, development, marketing, integration, or hosting business that already provides one or more of the services listed on this page can apply. Its website and dedicated Reward Loyalty service page must meet the published listing standard.

Do I need a license or a sales minimum?

No license is required before applying. There is no sales minimum. Directory eligibility depends on the website, service fit, accurate claims, and current listing details.

What appears in a partner listing?

Each listing contains the business name and website, services, country or region, working languages, and a short description for buyers.

Can partners earn commission on license sales?

Yes. Partners can apply to the affiliate program under the same published rules. Gumroad pays 15% of each tracked license sale. Affiliate approval and tracking are separate from directory eligibility.
