What support covers

We're here for the product. If something in Reward Loyalty doesn't work the way the docs describe, or you're not sure how a feature works, email us with your license key and we'll help. Questions and feedback are welcome, they make the product better.

The one thing we can't take on is running your server. Reward Loyalty is self-hosted, so hosting, DNS, SSL, and backups stay with you or your developer. The code is standard Laravel and unencrypted, so any Laravel developer, or an AI coding tool, can extend it.

Reward Loyalty is developed by NowSquare. All support and custom work comes directly from the original architects.
