How to add loyalty cards to My Cards
My Cards holds all your loyalty cards, stamp cards, and vouchers. Adding a card takes seconds, and your progress is always saved.
How Cards Get Added
Cards appear in My Cards in two ways:
Automatically (Most Common)
When you use a loyalty program for the first time, the card is automatically added to My Cards:
- Make a purchase and earn points
- Redeem a code or reward
- Receive a points transfer
No manual action needed. Just use the program and it appears in your collection.
Manually (Bookmark for Later)
Want to save a card before your first purchase? Add it manually:
- Browse available cards on the homepage
- Click on one that interests you
- Click Add to My Cards
- The card is saved for future use
This is useful for bookmarking programs you plan to use later.
Scanning QR Codes
Most businesses display QR codes in their locations:
- Open your phone's camera app
- Point it at the business's QR code
- Tap the link that appears
- The loyalty card opens
- Make a purchase to add it to My Cards automatically
Where to find QR codes:
- Counter displays
- Window stickers
- Menus and receipts
- Business cards
- Promotional materials
Browsing the Homepage
Some businesses make their cards discoverable on the homepage:
- Browse available cards
- Click on one that interests you
- View the card details
- Click Add to My Cards to save it
Card Details
Each card shows:
- Business name and branding
- How to earn points
- Available rewards
- Your current balance (once added)
Managing Your Cards
Removing a Card
If you no longer want a card visible in My Cards:
- Open the card
- Click Remove from My Cards
- Confirm the removal
Your progress is always saved. Removing a card simply hides it from view. Your points, history, and rewards remain intact.
Re-Adding a Card
Changed your mind? Add the card back anytime:
- Find the card on the homepage or via a link
- Click Add to My Cards
- Your previous progress is restored instantly
You'll continue exactly where you left off.
Multiple Cards
Collect as many cards as you want. There's no limit. My Cards organizes them for easy access.
Expired Cards
Cards can expire. When they do:
- They show an "Expired" label
- You can still see your history
- You cannot earn new points
- Unused points may be lost (depends on the business's policy)
