Where to Find Vouchers

My Cards

Click My Cards in the header navigation to see all your cards and vouchers. Vouchers appear in their own section alongside your loyalty cards and stamp cards.

Homepage

The homepage displays trending and featured vouchers from various businesses. Great for discovering new offers.

Voucher Browse Page

Visit the vouchers page directly to browse all available offers. You'll see a grid of voucher cards with key details at a glance.

Understanding Voucher Cards

Each voucher displays as a card showing:

Viewing Voucher Details

Click any voucher card to see full details:

Discount Information

• Discount type — Percentage off, fixed amount, free product, etc.
• Value — Exactly what you'll save
• Maximum cap — If percentage has a limit

Requirements

• Minimum purchase — Order amount needed
• Eligible tiers — If tier-restricted
• First order only — If limited to new customers
• New members only — If limited by join date

Usage Information

• Your uses — How many times you've used this voucher
• Remaining uses — How many more times you can use it
• Total limit — If there's a cap on total redemptions

Validity

• Valid from — When the voucher becomes active
• Valid until — When it expires
• Status — Active, expired, or not yet valid

Getting Your Voucher Code

Copy the Code

1. Click the Copy Code button
2. Code is copied to your clipboard
3. See "Code copied!" confirmation
4. Paste when asked at checkout

Show QR Code

1. Click Show QR Code
2. Large QR code appears in a popup
3. Show this to staff at checkout
4. Staff scan it to apply your voucher

The QR code is the fastest way to redeem in-store.

Redeeming Vouchers

In-Store Redemption

1. Make your purchase as normal
2. At checkout, tell staff you have a voucher
3. Show them your QR code OR tell them the code
4. Staff enters it to apply the discount
5. Pay the reduced amount

What Happens

When you redeem:

• Your discount is calculated instantly
• Staff confirms the amount
• Redemption is recorded in your history
• If bonus points: points are added to your card

Your Redemption History

View all your past voucher uses:

1. Go to the voucher detail page
2. Scroll to "Your Redemptions"
3. See each time you've used it

History shows:

• Date and time
• Discount received
• Status (completed)

Common Questions

"Why can't I see a voucher?"

• You may not meet eligibility requirements (tier, new member)
• The voucher might not be public
• It may have expired
• You may have reached your usage limit

"Why can't I use this voucher?"

Common reasons:

• Order below minimum purchase
• Already used your limit
• Voucher expired
• Not eligible (tier, first order, etc.)

The system shows specific error messages explaining why.

"How many times can I use this?"

Check the voucher details for:

• Single use: One time only
• Per-member limit: Maximum X times
• Unlimited: Keep using until voucher expires or runs out

"Can I use multiple vouchers?"

Depends on the voucher settings:

• Stackable vouchers: Yes, combine with others
• Non-stackable: One voucher per order

Tips for Getting the Most Value

Check Requirements First

Before shopping, note any minimum purchase requirements. Plan your order to meet the minimum and maximize your discount.

Watch for "NEW" and "ENDING SOON"

New vouchers might have limited quantities. Ending soon vouchers won't be available much longer. Act fast on both.

Add Vouchers You Plan to Use

Add vouchers to My Cards for easy access. You'll have them ready at checkout.

Check Your Eligibility

Some vouchers are for:

• Specific membership tiers
• New members only
• First orders only

If you're not eligible, focus on vouchers you can use.

Combine with Loyalty Points

Vouchers and loyalty points work independently. Use a voucher for instant savings AND earn points on your purchase.

Two Ways to Get Vouchers

Add Public Vouchers

When you find a publicly visible voucher, add it to My Cards with the Add to My Cards button. See Adding Vouchers for details.

Claim via QR Code

Scan promotional QR codes from businesses to claim exclusive batch vouchers. See Claiming via QR Code for details.
