Questions buyers ask

Common questions.

Are prepaid passes the same as Loyalzoo subscriptions?

No. Reward Loyalty passes sell a fixed number of uses with validity rules. Loyalzoo documents recurring memberships, stored payment methods, retries, and recurring payment rails.

Do both support Apple Wallet?

No. Loyalzoo lists Apple and Google wallet passes. Reward Loyalty currently documents Google Wallet only.

Which is better for an existing POS customer?

If Loyalzoo is available inside your POS marketplace and the workflow fits, it may be simpler. Reward Loyalty is stronger when you want independence from that marketplace and can implement the connection yourself.
