What is Reward Loyalty?

Reward Loyalty is a complete self-hosted loyalty application with member, staff, partner, and administration interfaces. It covers points, stamp cards, vouchers, prepaid passes, tiers, referrals, achievements, communication, analytics, and integration tools.

The license holder receives the source and operates the installation. Read the self-hosted buyer guide for the infrastructure and maintenance work behind that choice.

Who should buy self-hosted loyalty software?

It fits a business, agency, or multi-business operator that can run the installation and values source access, infrastructure choice, data location, white-label operation, or one installation for several businesses.

Choose managed SaaS when vendor-operated infrastructure, a required native integration, or a service-level commitment matters more. The deployment-model guide explains the decision.

What does the Reward Loyalty license cover?

The current license includes the application source and the included update and support period stated on the pricing page. One license applies to one installation. A separate installation needs another license.

Renewal stays optional. The installation can keep running on the latest release the license holder received. Check the pricing and legal pages before relying on a purchase term.

What does self-hosted loyalty software cost to run?

Count the license, server, mail delivery, backups, monitoring, storage, update work, security, integrations, and support for the businesses using the system. The software has no recurring SaaS subscription, while the operating layer still has a cost.

Use one named scenario and compare the same workload. The cost-model guide shows the calculation method without a universal savings claim.
