What are Achievements in Reward Loyalty?

Achievements are predefined, one-time milestones calculated from supported loyalty activity inside each business.

A partner enables the available catalogue entries; the member then sees progress, earned dates, and any honest reward state in the wallet. Achievements recognize activity but do not replace the base points, stamp, pass, or referral workflow. Read the achievement overview.

Which achievements are available in the predefined catalogue?

The current catalogue contains First step, 5 loyalty days, 10 loyalty days, 25 loyalty days, 50 loyalty days, 100 loyalty days, 4-week regular, 8-week regular, 12-week regular, Loyalty explorer, Loyalty explorer plus, First reward enjoyed, First pass used, First successful referral, and One year together.

Availability depends on the business having the underlying supported feature or activity. Use the exact definitions in the current catalogue; an industry example such as the yoga-studio guide must not rename or reshape them.

Can achievement names, conditions, or thresholds be customized?

No; achievement names, measured events, formulas, thresholds, category or branch conditions, time windows, and repeatability are fixed by the current catalogue.

A partner can enable or pause available entries and can attach one supported reward, but cannot turn the catalogue into a custom rules engine or seasonal challenge builder. Choose another mechanism or scoped custom development when the fixed condition is wrong. The setup documentation shows the controls that actually exist.

Are achievements one-time or repeatable?

Every current Reward Loyalty achievement is earned once per member per business.

Further qualifying activity can continue in the underlying loyalty program, but the same achievement does not repeat and its attached reward cannot pay that member twice. Imported history can recognize a milestone without issuing its reward. Review the earning rules before using achievements in a recurring promotion.

Can an achievement grant a reward?

Yes; one achievement can optionally grant points, stamps, a personal voucher, or a free prepaid pass from the business’s active products.

The operator can set the configured amount or product, an availability window, and an optional grant cap; members see the promise only while it remains available, and operators can review delivered, pending, or failed delivery states. The reward never changes the fixed achievement condition, and fulfilment or correction follows the underlying product. Read achievement rewards and limits and member progress.
