Should I use points or stamp cards?

Use points when eligible transaction values vary and earning should reflect spend. Use stamps when one named purchase or visit should count the same each time.

Both need a clear qualifying rule, reward economics, staff validation, and correction process. The stamp-card guide explains that model.

How do QR codes fit the loyalty workflow?

Partners print a business or program code for customer entry. Members present their wallet or program code at the counter. Staff scan with the built-in camera, a phone camera, a fixed reader, or use customer search as a fallback.

QR codes route the right customer into the right action; staff or an integration still validates the loyalty event. See the QR guide.

Can Reward Loyalty connect to a POS or online store?

The product can start with its manual counter workflow and also provides documented API and integration paths. Some commerce connections can have availability or configuration conditions.

Use the current integration overview for live status. Do not treat an early-access connection as a launch dependency without testing it against the required store and transaction flow.
