- Welcome messages
To set your application name:

- Enter your desired name (up to 255 characters)
- Keep it concise—ideally under 30 characters for best display
Example: "Acme Rewards" or "Downtown Loyalty Program"
Application URL
This is your primary application URL where users access the platform.
To set your application URL:
- Find the Application URL field
- Enter your full URL including
https:// - Don't include a trailing slash
Example: https://rewards.example.com
Important: This URL is used in email links and system notifications. Make sure it's correct and publicly accessible.
Logo Settings
You can set different logos for light mode and dark mode. This ensures your branding looks great regardless of the user's theme preference.
Light Mode Logo
This logo appears when users have light mode enabled (the default for most users).
- Find the Logo Light Mode field
- Enter the full URL to your logo image
- Leave blank if you don't want a custom logo
Best practices:
- Use SVG format for crisp display at any size
- Recommended height: 40-60 pixels
- Ensure the URL is publicly accessible
- Test on a white or light background
Example: https://cdn.example.com/logos/logo-light.svg
Dark Mode Logo
This logo appears when users enable dark mode.
- Find the Logo Dark Mode field
- Enter the full URL to your dark mode logo
- Leave blank to use the light mode logo for both themes
Best practices:
- Use a lighter version of your logo for visibility on dark backgrounds
- Match the dimensions of your light mode logo
- Test on a dark background before saving
Example: https://cdn.example.com/logos/logo-dark.svg
Logo Preview
After entering logo URLs, you'll see a preview section showing how your logos will appear in both light and dark modes.

Once you've configured your branding:
- Review all fields for accuracy
- Check the logo previews if you added logos

Your changes take effect immediately. You may need to refresh your browser to see them throughout the application.
Common Issues
Logo Not Displaying
If your logo doesn't appear after saving:
Check the URL is accessible:
- Copy the logo URL
- Paste it into a new browser tab
- Verify the image loads
Possible causes:
- URL is incorrect or has a typo
- Image server requires authentication
- CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) is blocking the image
- File doesn't exist at that location
Solution: Use a publicly accessible CDN or hosting service for your logos.
Logo Looks Blurry
Cause: The image resolution is too low for the display size.
Solution: Use SVG format (vector graphics) or provide a high-resolution PNG (at least 2x the display size).
Changes Not Appearing
Cause: Your browser cached the old settings.
Solution:
- Hard refresh your browser:
Ctrl+Shift+R(Windows/Linux) orCmd+Shift+R(Mac) - If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache
- For persistent issues, run
php artisan cache:clearon the server
