How to exchange points for rewards
When you've earned enough points, exchange them for rewards. Each business offers different rewards at different point levels.
Viewing Available Rewards
On each loyalty card, you'll see:
- Available rewards
- Points required for each
- Your current balance
- Which rewards you can afford
Rewards you have enough points for are highlighted.
Redeeming In-Store
To claim a reward at the business:
- Tell the staff what reward you want
- Show them your loyalty card QR code
- Staff scan it and process the redemption
- Points are deducted from your balance
- You receive your reward
Choosing Wisely
Consider your options:
- Small rewards: Quick wins, frequent redemptions
- Large rewards: Better value, longer wait
There's no wrong choice—redeem what makes you happy.
After Redemption
Once redeemed:
- Points are immediately deducted
- The redemption appears in your history
- You receive the physical reward
Redemption Codes
Some businesses award points using 4-digit codes:
- Staff generates a code when you make a purchase
- They tell you the 4-digit code (e.g., "0754")
- Click Enter Code in your account menu
- Type the code and click Submit Code
- Points are added to your loyalty card instantly
This is useful when you can't scan a QR code—like phone orders or if you forgot your phone. See Redemption Codes for more details.
Can't Redeem?
Not enough points: Keep earning. Your balance is shown on the card.
Reward unavailable: The business may have removed or temporarily disabled it.
Card expired: Expired cards may not allow new redemptions.
Tips
- Check available rewards before visiting
- Know how many points you have
- Ask staff if you're unsure about anything
