Introduction
What is Reward Loyalty and how does it work?
Reward Loyalty is a digital loyalty card platform that helps businesses reward their customers. It works like a modern stamp card—customers collect points at participating businesses and redeem them for rewards.
How It Works
The platform connects four types of users:
Administrators control the entire system. They create networks and onboard managers who bring in businesses.
Partners are businesses that create loyalty cards. A coffee shop, restaurant, or retail store becomes a partner to offer their own rewards program.
Staff are employees who work at partner locations. They scan customer QR codes to award points and process reward redemptions.
Members are customers who collect loyalty cards. They earn points at participating businesses and redeem them for rewards.
The Flow
- An administrator creates a network and assigns managers
- Managers onboard partner businesses
- Partners create loyalty cards with rewards
- Partners add staff members who can award points
- Members scan QR codes to collect cards and earn points
- Staff scan member QR codes to award points or redeem rewards
Key Concepts
Networks organize managers and partners into groups. Think of them as regions, brands, or shopping centers. Networks are invisible to members—they're purely organizational.
Clubs help partners organize their staff. A restaurant with multiple locations might create a club for each location, ensuring staff only interact with their own customers.
Loyalty Cards define the rewards program. Each card has rules for earning points, a design, and one or more rewards members can redeem.
Rewards are what members save for. A free coffee, a discount, or a special gift—partners define what points are worth.
