Getting Started

What is a stamp card?

A digital version of traditional punch cards where you collect virtual stamps with each qualifying purchase. Complete your card to earn rewards—no paper cards to lose or forget.

How do I join a stamp card program?

You don't need to manually join. Make a qualifying purchase, show your QR code to staff, and you're automatically enrolled when you receive your first stamp.

Where can I find available stamp card programs?

Check your homepage for featured programs or browse your wallet to see programs from businesses you follow. Programs appear when businesses create and activate them.

Can I participate in multiple stamp card programs?

Yes. You can collect stamps from multiple businesses simultaneously. Each program tracks independently with its own requirements and rewards.

Collecting Stamps

How do I earn stamps?

Make a qualifying purchase at a participating business, show your QR code to staff at checkout, and they'll scan it to add stamps to your card.

What is a qualifying purchase?

A purchase that meets the program's requirements. This typically means:

  • Meeting minimum purchase amount (if applicable)
  • Buying eligible products or services
  • Not exceeding daily stamp limits

Check the program's Rules tab for specific requirements.

Can I earn stamps without my phone?

Yes. Provide your email address, phone number, or membership ID to staff. They can manually look up your account and add stamps without scanning a QR code.

Why didn't I receive a stamp?

Common reasons:

  • Purchase amount was below the minimum requirement
  • You reached the daily stamp limit
  • The program has expired
  • Technical issue during scanning

Ask staff to check the error message—they can see why the stamp wasn't added.

Can I earn multiple stamps in one purchase?

Do stamps expire?

Stamps remain active as long as the program is running. If a program has an expiration date and you haven't completed your card, your stamps will be removed after expiration.

Where can I see my stamp collection?

View your stamps in three places:

  • Dashboard — Quick overview of all your stamp cards
  • Wallet — Organized list by business
  • Stamp card detail page — Full progress with visual stamp grid

How do I know how many stamps I need?

Your stamp card shows:

  • Current stamps collected
  • Total stamps required
  • Stamps remaining
  • Progress percentage

Example: "7 of 10 stamps" means you need 3 more stamps to complete the card.

Can I see my stamp history?

Yes. Open your stamp card and tap the History tab to see:

  • When each stamp was earned

What happens if I delete the app or clear my browser?

Your stamps are saved in your account, not your device. Log in from any device to access your stamp cards and progress.

How do I know what reward I'll get?

Can I choose my reward?

No. Each stamp card program has a predetermined reward set by the business. If you want different rewards, look for other stamp card programs.

Do rewards expire?

Points rewards don't expire (unless the loyalty program has expiration rules). Physical rewards should be claimed promptly—some may expire if the program ends or after extended periods.

Can I save up multiple rewards?

Most programs allow one pending reward at a time. Claim your current reward before the card resets and you can start collecting toward the next one.

What happens to my stamps after I claim a reward?

Your stamp card resets to 0 stamps and you can immediately start collecting again. Your completion is recorded in your history.

Program Requirements

What is a minimum purchase amount?

Some programs require you to spend a certain amount to earn a stamp. If your purchase is below this amount, you won't receive a stamp.

Example: Minimum $5 purchase means a $3 transaction doesn't qualify.

What are daily limits?

Some programs cap how many stamps you can earn per day to ensure fair use. Limits reset at midnight in the business's timezone.

Example: Maximum 3 stamps per day means your fourth purchase that day won't earn a stamp.

How do I know if a program has special requirements?

Open the stamp card and tap the Rules tab. This shows:

  • Minimum purchase amounts
  • Daily limits
  • Validity periods
  • Qualifying purchase criteria
  • Terms and conditions

Can program requirements change?

Businesses can update program settings. Changes typically apply to future stamps, not stamps you've already collected.

Technical Issues

My QR code won't scan

  • Close and reopen the QR code for a fresh one
  • Provide your identifier manually instead

Stamps were added to the wrong card

If you have multiple stamp cards from the same business, ensure you're showing the correct QR code. Each program has its own unique code.

If stamps were added incorrectly, ask staff or contact the business—they can help correct the error.

My stamp card disappeared

Possible reasons:

  • The program was deleted by the business
  • The program expired
  • You completed and claimed the reward (check your history)

If none of these apply, contact support.

Progress isn't updating

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh your account
  2. Log out and log back in
  3. Check your internet connection

Account and Privacy

Can I transfer stamps to another account?

No. Stamps are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.

Can I share my QR code with someone else?

No. QR codes are unique to your account and expire after 10 minutes. Sharing codes violates program terms and may result in account suspension.

What information do businesses see when I collect stamps?

Businesses see:

  • Your name and account identifier
  • Current stamp count
  • Eligibility status
  • Transaction history for their programs

They don't see your activity with other businesses.

Can I delete my stamp card history?

No. Transaction history is permanent for audit and compliance purposes. However, you can stop participating in a program at any time by simply not collecting more stamps.

Program Management

Can I unenroll from a stamp card program?

You're automatically enrolled when you receive your first stamp. While you can't formally unenroll, you can simply stop collecting stamps. The card will remain in your wallet but won't affect your account.

What happens if a business deletes a stamp card program?

If you have uncollected stamps:

  • Stamps are typically removed
  • You cannot earn more stamps
  • Unclaimed rewards may become unavailable

If you have a pending reward, claim it before the program is deleted.

How do I know if a program is ending soon?

Programs with expiration dates show warnings:

  • 7 days before expiration: "Stamps expiring soon" alert
  • Expiration date displayed in the Rules tab
  • Countdown timer (if applicable)

Can I suggest a stamp card program to a business?

Yes! Contact the business directly and ask if they'd consider creating a stamp card program. Businesses can easily set up programs through their partner portal.

Combining with Other Features

Do stamp cards work with loyalty cards?

Yes. Many businesses offer both:

  • Loyalty cards — Ongoing point accumulation
  • Stamp cards — Quick, achievable rewards

They work independently but complement each other.

Do stamps count toward tier progression?

If the stamp card awards points as a reward, those points count toward tier progression. The stamps themselves don't affect tiers—only the points you earn.

Can I use stamps and loyalty points together?

They're separate systems:

  • Stamps are collected on stamp cards
  • Points are earned on loyalty cards

However, completing a stamp card may award loyalty points, which then work with the loyalty program.
