Saving a card to Google Wallet
- Open a loyalty card, stamp card, voucher you can redeem, or prepaid pass issued to you
- Look for the "Add to Google Wallet" button below the card
- Tap the button
- If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in first
- Confirm to save the pass in Google Wallet
Saving a loyalty or stamp card enrolls you if needed. Vouchers must be redeemable. A prepaid pass must already belong to you and must not be dismissed; saving it to Google Wallet does not buy a pass.
Viewing your pass
- Open the Google Wallet app on your phone or visit wallet.google.com on desktop
- Your loyalty card, stamp card, voucher, or prepaid pass appears with current details
- Data updates when you earn points, collect stamps, redeem a voucher, or use a prepaid visit
Monetary prepaid passes
A monetary pass shows its issued product and issuer details with the current remaining balance and currency. After a spend, refund, or reversal, Reward Loyalty retries the Google Wallet update if delivery fails. The phone can show an older balance until that update arrives; open the member pass page for current details.
The QR still opens the normal staff workflow. Staff must sign in and pass the current authorization and balance checks. Saving, sharing, or removing the Google Wallet pass does not transfer its value or pay a refund. See your prepaid passes.
