Navigation
On a phone, the wallet works like an app. A bottom tab bar carries the essentials, and a More sheet holds the rest:
Bottom tab bar:
- Cards: Your wallet (My Cards)
- My code: The raised center button. It shows your wallet QR code, the one code that identifies you at any counter
- More: Opens the sheet below

More sheet:
- My account, request points, referrals, language, theme, and sign out
- Help and legal links (about, contact, FAQ, privacy, terms)
There is no tab for entering codes and none for referrals. Enter code lives on the My code page ("Have a code? Type it instead") and in the account menu on larger screens. Referrals always sits in the More sheet.
On a larger screen the same actions sit in the top header: a link to your wallet and a profile menu with My account, request points, enter code, referrals, and sign out, plus the footer links.
Getting started
Creating an account
You don't need to register in advance. Your account is created automatically when you:
- Scan a QR code at a participating business
- Click a link to a loyalty card
- Start using your first program
- Place an order in a business's connected online store
Enter your email, verify with a code, and you're set. Store orders create your account from the order's email address; you sign in with that email plus a one-time code.
Signing in
Already have an account? Sign in anytime:
- Click Sign In or Log In
- Enter your email address
- Click Send me a login code
- Enter the 6-digit code from your email
- Access your cards
No password needed. Verification codes keep your account secure.
My Cards
My Cards is your personal collection of loyalty programs. It shows only the cards you've added or used.
Page layout
On a phone the wallet stays focused on your cards. Each section header carries its own count, so you see what you hold at a glance:
- Loyalty cards · count
- Membership status (a slim marker, only if you've earned a tier)
- Stamps · count
- Passes · count (only if you hold or held a prepaid pass)
- Vouchers · count

On a larger screen the same page adds a quiet greeting, a row of summary tiles, and a quick-actions block above your cards.
If you haven't collected anything yet, the wallet shows a short prompt to scan a code at a venue and add your first card.
Summary tiles (larger screens)
On a larger screen, a row of tiles summarises your collection:
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active programs | How many loyalty cards, stamp cards, vouchers, and passes you hold |
| Vouchers used | How many vouchers you've redeemed |
| Stamps collected | Sum of stamps across your stamp cards |
There is no "total points" figure. Points belong to each program on its own, so adding them across different businesses would not mean anything. On a phone, the per-section counts in the headers do this job instead.
Quick actions
Shortcuts to common tasks. They appear in the quick-actions block on a larger screen. On a phone, account settings, request points, and referrals live in the More sheet, and entering a code starts from the My code page ("Have a code? Type it instead"):
- Account settings: Update your profile, set your language, and manage your privacy and data
- Request Points: Create a link to receive points from other members
- Enter Code: Enter a code you received to add points to your card
- Refer a Friend: Share your referral link and earn bonus points
How cards get added
Cards appear in My Cards in three ways:
- Automatically when you use them: When you first use a program (earn points, collect a stamp, redeem a voucher), the card is added automatically
- Automatically when you sign in from its page: Open a loyalty card, stamp card, or voucher page and sign in or register from there; the card is dropped into My Cards the moment you're authenticated, and you land back on the page you came from
- Manually: Click Add to My Cards on any card to bookmark it for future use
Prepaid passes are the exception: a pass has to be purchased, so it is never added to your wallet just by viewing its page or signing in.
Your loyalty cards
Points-based programs where you accumulate points over time. Points can be redeemed for various rewards at different levels. If you have an earned tier with a multiplier, cards display a badge showing your bonus (e.g., "🥇 2.0×").
Membership tiers
If you've earned tier status with any business, your tiers appear in a dedicated section. Tiers show:
- Your current status and icon
- Progress toward the next tier level
- Points multiplier (if greater than 1×)
- Which loyalty cards the tier applies to
See Understanding Membership Tiers below for details.
Your stamp cards
Punch card programs where you collect a specific number of stamps. Complete the card to earn a reward, then start again.
Your passes
Prepaid passes you bought at the counter: a 10-visit card, a class pack, a monthly unlimited. Each pass shows the remaining visits and the expiry date, and its page holds the QR code staff scan on each visit plus the full history. You receive one reminder email before unused visits expire. See The member view.
Your vouchers
Discount codes and promotional offers you've added or claimed.
Removing and re-adding cards
If you no longer want a card visible in My Cards:
- Open the card
- Click Remove from My Cards
- Confirm the removal
Your progress is always saved. Removing a card hides it from view. Your points, stamps, history, and rewards remain intact. Re-add the card anytime and continue where you left off.
Live updates and celebrations
When your wallet is open, it stays current on its own. There is no pull to refresh. The moment staff credit points, add a stamp, redeem a reward, or log a prepaid-pass visit at the counter, the card and your Quick Stats totals settle on the new figures within a couple of seconds. Points from a business's connected online store land the same way.
Keep the app open at the counter and watch the change arrive. Earning and claiming come with a calm celebration in the business's own colours. A short burst of confetti plays, the figure counts up to its new value, and a small badge names what happened with an icon that suits the moment, such as a stamp for a new stamp or a trophy for a claimed reward. The badge shows even when the affected card has scrolled out of view, and tapping it opens that card.
Open a card, stamp card, voucher, or prepaid pass while it changes and the whole page keeps pace without reloading. Stamps fill in, a progress bar advances, a finished stamp card shows its reward, a pass shows one fewer visit, and the history updates. When a credit lifts your balance past a reward's cost, the reward turns claimable on the spot.
The app follows your device's reduced-motion setting and replaces the movement with a quiet fade, and it announces each update for screen readers. Updates appear while the app is open.
The business behind a card
Open any loyalty card, stamp card, voucher, or pass and a business card sits below it, showing who runs the program. Reach the business with one tap: Call, Directions (opens Maps), Website, and Email each appear only when the business has shared that detail, and any social links it added sit alongside. Expand the card for an about note, the full address, and the weekly opening hours, with today highlighted and a live open-or-closed status.
Save contact downloads the business straight to your phone's address book, so its name, website, address, logo, and shared contact details are saved as a normal contact.

Keep your QR code handy when visiting participating businesses.
For the wallet-level code behind the My code tab (the Show-my-code page), see Using member cards.
Accessing cards offline
Your loyalty cards work even without an internet connection. QR codes are automatically saved to your device when you view them.
Installing the app
For the best offline experience, install the loyalty platform to your home screen:
- On iPhone/iPad: Tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen"
- On Android: Tap the browser menu → "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen"
- On Desktop: Look for the install icon in your browser's address bar
Once installed, the app works like a native mobile app. Launch it from your home screen anytime.
What works offline
- Viewing your loyalty cards: See all your collected cards
- Showing QR codes: Your QR code stays available so staff can scan it at checkout
- Viewing stamp card progress: Check how many stamps you have
- Viewing your passes: See the remaining visits and show the pass QR
- Viewing saved vouchers: Access discount codes you've saved
A banner appears at the bottom of the screen when you're offline to let you know your saved cards are on display. It disappears automatically when your connection returns. If you open the app with no connection at all, a dedicated offline screen lists your saved cards (loyalty cards, stamp cards, vouchers, and prepaid passes) with a search box and type filters so you can find one fast, even if you carry dozens. Tap any card to show its QR code full-screen at the counter.
💡 Tip: Visit your cards while connected to the internet at least once. This caches your QR codes for offline use.
Important: Showing your QR code works offline. Staff still needs an internet connection to credit points/add stamps/redeem rewards.
Membership tiers
Some businesses offer membership tiers that reward your loyalty with bonus benefits. Think of it like airline frequent flyer status or hotel elite membership.
How tiers work
Tiers are based on your lifetime points earned, not your current balance. This is an important distinction:
- Lifetime points: Total points you've ever earned (never decreases)
- Current balance: Points available to spend (decreases when you redeem)
This means spending your points doesn't affect your tier status. A member who earned 10,000 lifetime points but spent most of them still maintains their tier.
One tier per club
Tiers are scoped to a club, not to an individual card. Most businesses run one club, so in practice your tier reads as business-level status: if a business has multiple loyalty cards (e.g., Classic, Premium, Student), your tier applies to all of them, and points earned on any of them count toward the same tier.
When tiers appear
You won't see tier information until you've started earning points with a business. Tiers only display when:
- You have earned at least some points with that business
- The business has configured a tier system
- You're viewing cards from that business
What tiers show
Each tier card displays:
- Tier name and icon (e.g., 🥇 Gold Member)
- Points multiplier if greater than 1× (e.g., "2.0×" means double points)
- Progress bar showing how close you are to the next tier
- Associated cards showing which loyalty cards the tier applies to
Click any associated card chip to navigate directly to that card.
Multiplier benefits
Higher tiers can offer points multipliers that boost your earning rate:
| Multiplier | Effect |
|---|---|
| 1.0× | Standard earning (base tier) |
| 1.5× | 50% bonus points |
| 2.0× | Double points |
Multipliers apply to future purchases only, not past transactions.
Where tiers display
- My Cards page: All your earned tiers in a dedicated section
- Card detail page: The relevant tier for that business
- Reward page: Reminds you of your multiplier when viewing rewards
- Card badges: Cards with multipliers show a badge (e.g., "🥇 2.0×")

Viewing your history
Your account tracks:

- Your current balances
Access this from any card's detail page.
Account settings and privacy
Open Account settings from your profile menu. It has three tabs: Profile for your name and contact details, Localization for your language and regional formats, and Privacy & Data for everything below.

Your loyalty data
The Privacy & Data tab lists every business you have collected loyalty data with. Each business shows your cards, points, stamp cards, vouchers, and prepaid passes. A business you only hold a prepaid pass with appears here too, so the page reflects everything that business holds for you.
Download your data
Download gives you a JSON file of your profile, your transactions, and your full loyalty history, including your prepaid passes.
Delete my data
Each business has a Delete my data button. Removing your data with one business erases your cards, points, stamps, vouchers, and prepaid passes for that business, along with their history, and cannot be undone. Your data with every other business stays untouched. You confirm with a one-time code before anything is removed.
Delete your account
Delete your account removes your data across every business and closes your account. This cannot be undone.
Tips for members
Show your code every time: Even small purchases add up over time.
