Collecting cards.

My Cards holds all your loyalty cards, stamp cards, and vouchers. Adding a card takes seconds, and you never lose your progress.

How cards get added

Cards appear in My Cards in two ways:

When you use a card (most common)

The first time you use a loyalty program, the app adds its card to My Cards:

• Make a purchase and earn points
• Redeem a code or reward
• Receive a points transfer

No manual action needed. Use the program and it appears in your collection.

By hand (bookmark for later)

To save a card before your first purchase, add it by hand:

1. Browse available cards on the homepage
2. Click on one that interests you
3. Click Add to My Cards
4. The card is saved for future use

Use this to bookmark programs you plan to use later.

Scanning QR codes

Most businesses display QR codes in their locations:

1. Open your phone's camera app
2. Point it at the business's QR code
3. Tap the link that appears
4. The loyalty card opens

If the business set that code to add the card, the app saves it to My Cards right away, with an "Added to your cards" note and an Undo link so removing it takes one tap. Otherwise the card opens, and you tap Add to My Cards to keep it. Opening a card you found by browsing the homepage does not add it either.

Browsing the homepage

Some businesses make their cards discoverable on the homepage:

1. Browse available cards
2. Click on one that interests you
3. View the card details
4. Click Add to My Cards to save it

Card details

Each card shows:

• Business name and branding
• How to earn points
• Available rewards
• Your current balance (once added)

Managing your cards

Removing a card

If you no longer want a card visible in My Cards:

1. Open the card
2. Click Remove from My Cards
3. Confirm the removal

You never lose your progress. Removing a card hides it from view. Your points, history, and rewards remain intact.

Re-adding a card

You can add the card back anytime:

1. Find the card on the homepage or via a link
2. Click Add to My Cards
3. Your previous progress comes back at once

You'll continue where you left off.

Multiple cards

Collect as many cards as you want. There's no limit. My Cards organizes them for easy access.

Expired cards

Cards can expire. When they do:

• They show an "Expired" label
• You can still see your history
• You cannot earn new points
• You may lose unused points (depends on the business's policy)

Expired and removed cards leave My Cards and settle into your History, where you can reopen them read-only. They stay readable even if the business later closes.
