Configure your business branding, location, contact info, and opening hours

Jun 11, 2026

Business Settings let you configure your public business profile: branding, location, contact info, and opening hours.

Where Your Business Info Appears

Once you set a Business Name, a business card appears on member-facing pages:

Business Card on Member Pages

The card appears below each of your:

  • Loyalty card detail pages
  • Stamp card detail pages
  • Voucher detail pages

The card displays:

  • Logo and name with your brand color
  • Tagline
  • Open/closed status (real-time, based on your hours)
  • Directions button (Google Maps), website link, and email contact button (if enabled)
  • Social icons: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X
  • Expandable section with about text, full address, and weekly hours

Tip: No business name configured? Members won't see the card. No empty state to worry about.

Accessing Business Settings

  1. Log into your partner dashboard at /partner
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Business Settings from the dropdown

Or navigate directly via Account → Business Settings in the mobile menu.

The Four Tabs

Business Settings has four tabs:

1. Branding

Your visual identity and sender details:

Field Description
Business Name The public name shown to customers. Also used as the sender name on partner emails
Email Address Your business email. Used as the reply-to address on emails sent to your members. If not set, your account email is used
Show email on public card When enabled, a mailto: contact button appears on your public business card. Default: off. Your email is always used as reply-to regardless of this toggle
Tagline A short, catchy phrase describing your business (max 160 characters)
Brand Color Your primary brand color (stored for use by themes/widgets and public profile pages)
About A brief description of your business, products, or services
Logo Your business logo (recommended: 512×512px, PNG or SVG)
Cover Image A banner image for your profile (recommended: 1920×960px)

Note: The email address serves two separate purposes. It is always used as the reply-to on partner emails. It is only shown on your public business card when the Show email on public card toggle is enabled. Existing partners have this toggle disabled by default.

2. Location

Your physical address:

Field Description
Address Line 1 Street address
Address Line 2 Suite, unit, or floor (optional)
City Your city
State / Province Your state or province
Postal Code ZIP or postal code
Google Maps URL A direct link to your location on Google Maps

Tip: Paste your Google Maps share link so customers can get directions with one click.

3. Contact

How customers reach you:

Field Description
Website Your business website URL
Instagram Your Instagram profile URL
TikTok Your TikTok profile URL
Facebook Your Facebook page URL
X (Twitter) Your X/Twitter profile URL

All social fields are optional. Only add the platforms you use.

4. Hours

Set your weekly business hours:

  • Toggle each day Open or Closed
  • Set opening and closing times for each day
  • Times are saved in 24-hour format

The opening hours component shows a visual weekly schedule that customers can easily understand.

Note: Opening hours are informational. They do not restrict when staff can award points or when members can access their wallet.

How Your Business Info Appears in Emails

All emails related to your loyalty cards, stamp cards, vouchers, and membership tiers are sent using your business identity:

Sender Name

The name recipients see in their inbox's "From" field:

  1. Business Name (Business Settings > Branding) — if set
  2. Full Name (Account Settings) — fallback if no business name
  3. System default — fallback if neither is set

Reply-To Address

When members hit "Reply" on an email, the reply goes to:

  1. Email Address (Business Settings > Branding) — if set
  2. Account Email (Account Settings) — fallback
