What your Members list counts, how to filter and export it, and why its total can differ from the figure on My plan.
Your Members list is everyone who holds one of your cards or has transacted with you. This page explains what the list counts, how to filter and export it, and why its total can differ from your plan figure.
Who is on the list
Members are customers who hold one of your cards or have transacted with you. Your member list shows two kinds:
- Active members have earned, redeemed, or used something with you, such as points, stamps, a voucher, or a prepaid pass. Points earned through a connected WooCommerce or Shopify store count too.
- Not active yet members hold one of your cards in their wallet with a registered account but have not used it. A small gray wallet mark sits after their name. Point at it, or tap it on a phone, and a small balloon explains the status and how long ago they added the card.
An Activity filter narrows the list to either kind, and exports follow the filter. For each member you can see their activity history, points balance, stamp progress, and reward redemptions.
Two things to expect:
- The member total in your list can be higher than the figure on My plan. My plan counts members who have interacted with you; the list also counts people who hold your card without using it yet.
- A member who has not visited for a long time but still holds your card keeps their place in your list. They chose to keep your card, so they stay on your roster.
