Finding and saving vouchers.
How to discover vouchers on the homepage, via links and QR codes, and add them to My Cards.
Vouchers give you instant discounts at participating businesses. When you find a voucher you want to use, add it to My Cards with a single tap. Vouchers appear alongside your loyalty cards and stamp cards, ready to use whenever you're ready to shop.
Finding vouchers
Homepage
When a business publishes a voucher on the homepage, it appears in the public listing there for anyone to discover. Not every voucher is listed: businesses can keep a voucher unlisted and share it through links and QR codes only.

Direct links
Businesses often share voucher links via:
- Their website
- Email newsletters
- Social media posts
- In-store signage
Click any voucher link to view its details. Links work for unlisted vouchers too.
QR codes
Scanning a voucher QR code on a poster, receipt, or flyer opens the same voucher page as a direct link. Batch promotions use a different kind of QR code that hands you a unique claimed code; see Claiming via QR Code.
My Cards
Click My Cards in the header navigation. Scroll to see any vouchers you've already saved or claimed.
Viewing voucher details
When you view a voucher, you'll see:
The voucher card
A visual card showing:
- Discount value shown large (e.g., "20% OFF")
- Voucher title and description
- Business branding (logo, colors)
- Expiration date
Important information
Below the card:
- Minimum purchase: Amount you need to spend
- Usage limits: How many times you can use it
- Valid until: When it expires
- Eligibility: Any membership requirements
Terms & conditions
Full terms of the offer, including any restrictions.
Adding a voucher
When viewing a publicly visible voucher:
- Look for the Add to My Cards button
- Click or tap it
- Confirmation message appears
- Button changes to Remove from My Cards
- Voucher now appears in My Cards

💡 Tip: Add vouchers as soon as you find them. Public vouchers can be deactivated or expire at any time.
What adding means
When you add a voucher to My Cards:
- It appears in My Cards alongside your loyalty and stamp cards
- You can view it anytime before it expires
- You can redeem it at the business location
- The voucher code is available for you to show staff
Adding doesn't use the voucher. It keeps the voucher handy until you're ready.
It stays yours to use
Once a voucher is in My Cards, it stays yours to use. It works until it expires, the business pauses it, or it is fully claimed. As long as none of those apply, the voucher remains redeemable whenever you visit.
This holds however the voucher reached My Cards, whether you added it yourself, claimed it by QR code, or received it automatically as a tier reward. If you received a voucher because you held a membership tier, it stays usable even if your tier later changes: the tier decides who receives a voucher, not whether a voucher you already hold can still be used.
Single-use & limited vouchers
Some vouchers, particularly batch-generated codes, have a limited number of total uses. For these vouchers:
- Only the allowed number of members can save the voucher to their wallet
- Once claimed by the maximum number of members, the Add to My Cards button disappears
- Late arrivals see a "This voucher has already been claimed" message
This ensures you'll never save a voucher to your wallet only to find out it can't be redeemed when you visit the store.
💡 Tip: If you see a limited-use voucher available, save it fast. Once another member claims it, it's gone.
Viewing your vouchers
All your vouchers appear in My Cards:
- Click My Cards in the header
- Find vouchers in the voucher section
- Each shows:
- Visual design
- Discount value
- Title
- Expiry date (if soon, shows warning)
Click any voucher card to view full details.
Removing a voucher
Changed your mind? Remove a voucher from My Cards:
- Open the voucher detail page
- Click Remove from My Cards
- Confirmation modal appears: "This voucher will be removed from your cards. You can add it again anytime while it is still available."
- Click Remove
- Voucher removed from My Cards
Remove from My Cards works for any voucher, including ones delivered to you automatically as a tier reward. You can add the voucher again later while it is still available, and removing it doesn't make it come back on its own.
Note: Removing only takes the voucher out of My Cards. You can add it again if it's still available.
How vouchers reach My Cards
There are three ways a voucher can appear in My Cards:
| Type | How You Got It | Can Remove? |
|---|---|---|
| Added | You added a public voucher | Yes ✓ |
| Claimed | You scanned a QR code | Yes ✓ |
| Delivered | Added automatically as a tier reward | Yes ✓ |
However a voucher arrives, you can remove it from My Cards anytime with Remove from My Cards, and add it again later while it is still available. Claiming by QR code is covered in Claiming via QR Code.
Voucher availability
Status badges
A voucher card only shows a badge when something needs your attention:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ending soon | The voucher expires within 7 days |
| Sold out | The voucher's total uses are fully claimed |
| Expired | The voucher's validity period ended |
A voucher without a badge is active and ready to use. Check:
- Valid date range (some start in the future)
- Your remaining uses (if per-member limited)
Expired vouchers
Expired vouchers can't be redeemed. They may still appear in your history but won't work at checkout.
When a voucher can't be used
When a voucher can't be redeemed by you, the voucher shows a clear short reason in place of the QR code and code. You see why right on the voucher, so you know before you reach the counter and there's never a surprise there. The reason covers both the voucher's own state and your eligibility:
- It hasn't started yet, has expired, has been fully claimed, or the business has paused it
- It's reserved for a membership tier you don't hold (and you didn't already receive it)
- It's only for your first voucher use, and you've redeemed a voucher here before
- It's only for recently joined members
- It was made for a specific member
- You've already used it the maximum number of times
A voucher you've already received stays usable under the durable rule above, so leaving a tier never turns it into one of these "not eligible" reasons.
If a business pauses or deactivates a voucher, it leaves My Cards so your wallet stays to vouchers you can act on. Opening the voucher's link, or its Google Wallet pass, still shows it with a clear note that it's unavailable right now, so you always know what happened to it. The same redeem-time rules apply to Google Wallet: the Add to Google Wallet button only appears when you can redeem the voucher.
Eligibility requirements
Some vouchers have requirements:
Membership tier
Some vouchers are reserved for specific membership tiers. If a voucher is limited to a tier you hold, it's added to My Cards for you automatically and you'll get an email. You don't need to find it yourself. If you don't hold the required tier, the voucher won't appear for you.
New members only
Some vouchers are for customers who joined within the last X days. If you're an older member, these won't appear.
First voucher use only
Some welcome vouchers only work if you've never redeemed a voucher at that business before. Regular purchases don't count. Only previous voucher redemptions. A loyal customer who has bought from you many times but never used a voucher still qualifies.
Tips for getting value
Add early
Don't wait! Add vouchers when you see them. They can be:
- Limited in quantity
- Deactivated by the business
- Hidden from public view
Check before shopping
Before visiting a store, check My Cards for any vouchers you can use.
Read the requirements
Note minimum purchase amounts and add vouchers for appropriate shopping trips.
Combine with points
Vouchers and loyalty points work independently. Use a voucher for instant savings AND earn points on the same purchase.
Troubleshooting
"I can't add this voucher"
Possible reasons:
- Not a publicly visible voucher (may need QR code to claim)
- You don't meet eligibility requirements
- Voucher is no longer active
- You've already added it
"This voucher is no longer available"
The voucher has expired or reached its maximum total uses. Look for other active vouchers from the same business.
"This voucher is not available to you"
The voucher was created for a specific member (e.g., a personalized birthday offer). Only the intended recipient can save and use it.
"This voucher has already been claimed"
The voucher has a limited number of uses (e.g., single-use), and another member has already claimed it. Each limited-use code can only be saved by as many members as it allows total redemptions.
"Voucher disappeared from My Cards"
- May have expired
- Business may have deactivated it
- You may have removed it
"Add button doesn't appear"
- You may already have it in My Cards
- It may be a claim-only voucher (batch voucher)
- You may not meet eligibility requirements
- The voucher may have expired or been fully claimed by other members
- The voucher may be targeted to a different member
