How to exchange points for rewards
When you've earned enough points, exchange them for rewards. Each business offers different rewards at different point levels.
Viewing available rewards
On each loyalty card, you'll see:
- Available rewards
- Points required for each
- Your current balance
- Which rewards you can afford
Rewards appear from cheapest to most expensive. Affordable rewards carry a Ready label.
The centered summary beneath an active card names the available reward with the highest point cost you can afford. If you cannot afford any reward yet, it shows how many more points you need for the first available reward. Every reward stays in the list, so you can still choose a cheaper one.
Redeeming in-store
To claim a reward at the business:
- Open the reward you want from your loyalty card.
- Tap Claim reward to reveal its QR code on the same page.
- Show the code to staff, who scan it and confirm the claim.
- The points leave your balance and the claim appears in your history.
Opening a code does not spend points. When a code is valid for an hour or less, its countdown shows the time remaining. If it expires, tap Show a new code before staff scan it. Staff cannot complete a claim using an expired code.
Watch it land live. With your loyalty card open when staff process the reward, your balance counts down and the reward shows as claimed within a couple of seconds, with a celebration in the business's colours. See Live updates and celebrations.
Store discount coupons
When a business has connected a WooCommerce store and enabled the points discount, your card page shows a Store discount block. Use it to convert points into a single-use coupon code for that store; the code also arrives by email with its value and expiry. The points leave your balance when you create the coupon. Choosing a reward
Consider your options:
- Small rewards: Quick wins, frequent redemptions
- Large rewards: Better value, longer wait
There's no wrong choice. Redeem what makes you happy.
After redemption
Once redeemed:
- The points leave your balance at once
- The redemption appears in your history
- You receive the physical reward
Redemption codes
Despite the name, redemption codes add points to your card; they are not how you redeem rewards. See Redemption codes.
Can't redeem?
Not enough points: Keep earning. Your balance is shown on the card.
Reward unavailable: The business may have removed or disabled it for now.
Card expired: Expired cards may not allow new redemptions.
