Reward Loyalty is a complete self-hosted application with full source code. The current license separates your right to keep using the software from access to future updates and product support.
What the license includes
- $349 one-time. Full source code, every feature, and unlimited businesses on one white-label installation. Includes the first 12 months of updates and product support.
- $99 a year after that, optional, to renew updates and the same product support.
- Your installation keeps running. If you stop renewing, you keep the last version you received. Nothing switches off.
Documentation and support
The full documentation covers every feature, including setup, use, and configuration. Product support includes help when built-in features do not work as expected during your active support period. This includes the supplied installation and update process. You or your developer handle installation, operation, and custom development; personal walkthroughs and ongoing project advice fall outside product support.

If you bought on the marketplace
Your legacy CodeCanyon license stays valid. You keep the software you bought and the right to keep running it. Existing support continues through your remaining support period under the terms attached to that purchase.
To move to Reward Loyalty 5, sign in at rewardloyalty.co/download with your previous CodeCanyon purchase code. The legacy-customer upgrade costs $299, a $50 loyalty discount off the $349 license, and includes 12 months of updates and product support. After that first year, renewal is $99 a year and optional.
